Together, we can explore all possibilities and ensure your project is tailored to you. Oftentimes, starting with an architect or contractor results in cookie-cutter solutions. After we plan the space, then we bring in the big guns.
Nope. Usually, starting with a designer is best. If you work with a designer to fully understand your project’s scope, contractors’ estimates will be much more accurate. No one likes costly surprises!
Yes. Purchasing materials prior to demo expedites the process. Also, waiting on materials to arrive may incur fees from your contractor.
I can. Although this is an additional cost, clients say it provides peace of mind and saves them the headache of ensuring dimensions and quantities are correct.
